The core of our philosophy is to create learning spaces that actively situate and ground itself in arts, cultures, belongings, social structures, and communities through their own lenses. We reframe culture, and cultural learning as a living, inclusive process one that actively responds to the communities it engages.
Through this approach we create spaces, methodologies, and projects that actively listens, learns, and engages purposefully. This philosophy helps us amplify underrepresented voices, strengthens diversity, and opens new ways of experiencing the world.
We incorporate plural perspectives in our approach, i.e., learning how to see and develop in different ways. Perspectives help open the window and unveil the complex architecture of being and becoming of the culture, as well as individual identities.
Following the footsteps of perspectives can bring us to understanding. A profound word whose value we commit to, to build valuable comprehension. A comprehension that moves beyond mere acknowledgement, and rather represents actualities.
The reflection and interpretation of perspectives and understandings enable us to participate with empathy in the experiences of others, which is essential for gaining insight into their meanings and gaining passage into the alleys of cultures.
