Support us with 1.2% of Your Personal Income Tax (GPM) - Lithuania

If you are a resident of Lithuania and pay personal income tax (GPM), you have a way to support us. You can direct 1.2% (or a smaller portion if you split the support between different organisations) of the income tax you have already paid to the state budget to any non-profit organisations of your choice.

Login to the State Tax Inspectorate's (VMI) Electronic Declaration System (EDS) at https://deklaravimas.vmi.lt/.
Access the Form:
- In the top menu, select DEKLARAVIMAS (Declaration).
- On the left menu, choose Pildyti formą (Fill a form).
- Find and select Prašymas skirti paramą (Request to allocate support) or look for form FR0512.
Use the Wizard (Recommended):
- Click on the globe icon (Pildyti formą vedlio principu / Fill the form using the wizard) to be guided through the process.
- Click Pradėti (Start) or Tęsti (Continue) if you have a pre-filled application from a previous year.
Enter Our Details:
- In the recipient search field, enter our required information:
  - Gavėjo identifikacinis numeris (kodas): 307329994
  - Organisation’s name: VšĮ Kultūros Alėjos
  - Mokesčio dalies dydis (procentais): 1,2 (or a smaller portion if you split the support)
  - Mokesčio dalį skiriu iki mokestinio laikotarpio: [Enter the last tax period year you wish to allocate the support to, e.g., 2028.]
  - Mokesčio dalies paskirtis (Optional): "Parama" or Support Culture
Review and Submit:
- Click Išsaugoti (Save).
- Review all the data for accuracy and click Taip, teisingi (Yes, correct).
- Click Formuoti prašymą (Form a request) and then Pateikti (Submit) to finalise the transfer request.

Through this, you ensure that a portion of your taxes directly supports social work.
